About us & these terms

This site is operated by Karmakāri and Studios (Pune, Maharashtra, India). These terms govern your access to the site and your purchase of our digital products.

Our products

We sell digital photographic backdrop files for professional studio use. Each scene is delivered as a lossless, print-ready PNG at a fixed 10 × 10 ft or 10 × 14 ft, 300 DPI. Every purchase is governed by our Single-User Personal Studio License.

Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) — ₹1,499 or ₹1,799 per scene depending on the size chosen — and are the final amount payable. The business is not currently GST-registered, so no separate tax is added at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (cards, UPI, and supported methods). Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully received.

Shipping & delivery

All products are digital — no physical items are shipped. After payment, files are delivered electronically through a private, secure download link on the confirmation screen and by email, valid for 15 minutes for your security. A backup link is emailed to you; if it expires, we re-issue it.

License & acceptable use

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for use within your own studio. You may not resell, sub-license, share, rent, redistribute, or upload the files to any marketplace or public platform. Full terms are on the Licensing page.

Intellectual property

All backdrops, imagery, text, and branding remain the property of Karmakāri and Studios. Purchase grants a licence to use — not ownership of — the artwork.

Disclaimers & liability

Products are provided “as is” for professional printing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for print outcomes that depend on your equipment, materials, or print vendor.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra. We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions: contact the studio.
