Cancellation & Refund Policy

Karmakāri and Studios sells digital products only. Backdrop files are delivered electronically and instantly after payment — there is no physical shipping.

Cancellations

Because your un-watermarked, full-resolution files are made available for download immediately after a successful payment, an order cannot be cancelled once the files have been issued. If, by rare chance, you reach out before your secure link is generated, contact us right away and we will do our best to help.

Refunds

As instant-delivery digital goods that cannot be "returned," all sales are final and we are generally unable to offer refunds once files have been delivered. This is standard practice for downloadable digital assets.

When we will make it right

• A file fails to download, arrives corrupted, or is the wrong asset — we re-issue it at no charge.
• Your secure link expires before you could save the files — we re-issue a fresh link.
• You were charged more than once for the same order, or charged in error — we refund the duplicate/erroneous amount in full.

How to request

Email karmakariandstudios@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order reference (#KK-XXXXX) and the email used at checkout. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
