After payment, your files are issued through a private, secure link on the confirmation screen — and a backup copy is emailed to the address used at checkout.

How delivery works

• Links are single-purpose and expire 15 minutes after issue, for security.
• Download to local storage immediately — don't rely on the link staying live.
• Each order is delivered as a lossless, print-ready PNG master.

If your link expires before you've saved the files, contact the studio with your order reference and we'll re-issue it.
